PANCREATIC CANCER RESEARCH FUNDED

On Friday June 28, 2024, The Retired Professional Fire Fighters Cancer Fund presented a check for $25,000. to The Wilmot Cancer Institute (University of Rochester, N.Y,) for their Pancreatic Cancer Research Program. Our total donations to The Wilmot Cancer Institute now total $110,000. including another $25,000. to their Pancreatic Research Program in 2016. On hand for this years check presentation were Scott Gerber P.H.D., Pancreatic Cancer Researcher, Clare Flanagan, Director of Development at Wilmot, Rochester, N.Y. Fire Fighters I.A.F.F. Local 1071 President Eddie Santiago, Executive Board Members Local 1071, on duty Rochester Fire Fighters (Truck Company #3), Dear Friend Bonnie Sweeney & Family and Tricia & Bill Newland representing The Retired Professional Fire Fighters Cancer Fund. A HUGE "THANK YOU" to all for making this possible.
